East Anglian Copdock Bike Show (eacbikeshow.co.uk)
The Club will be running a NORHOC stand at the show. Exhibiting members are DR (who will be going down on four wheels to transport paraphernalia) plus MO, DB, AW, PU, JJ, PB, and Martin Grant. They should head for GATE 1 at the Trinity Park (Suffolk Showground) venue. The address is Felixstowe Road, Ipswich, IP3 8UH.
Access to the site will be 10:00 — 21:00 on Friday 30th August and 08:00 — 18:00 on Saturday 31st August. Please ensure that you arrive in good time to have your stand ready for the opening of the Show at 09:00. Once on site, you will be guided to your pitch by CCMC marshals. As usual, there will be toilet/wash facilities, a bar and entertainment all weekend.
Note that CCMC (the organisers ) will strictly enforce a policy of NO WRISTBAND – NQ ENTRY all weekend.
Important Notes & Rules
- Note that all exhibits/belongings are left at the owner’s risk – CCMC accept no liability for loss or damage.
- Please respect the Showground site – everybody is expected to dispose of their rubbish in a
- responsible manner. Any pitch holder found to leave a mess, of any description, will be liable to a ban from subsequent Shows.
- Please dispose of any rubbish in the relevant skips as marked.
- Anyone bringing a BBQ onto the Open-Air arena will be solely responsible for any damage caused to either the Showground or other trader’s property.
- Please DO NOT tip the remains of BBQs or fat oils at the Show site, anyone found to have done so will be liable to a ban from subsequent shows.
